In your words, What’s your primary focus at Asset?
My primary focus at Asset is to provide support to my portfolio. This manifests itself in a myriad of ways, including but not limited to, training onsite staff and new team members, identifying performance roadblocks and working to resolve them with regional management, staffing support for understaffed teams, implementing the Division President's standards portfolio-wide, and most importantly, making myself available to all those who come to me with anything I can do to make their work lives easier.
What’s a fun fact about you that others might not know?
I love to collect things that are rare and limited edition. I have picked up rare perfumes including a 1 in 5000 Swarovski crystal encrusted bottle made in France, limited edition Disney dolls where only a few hundred are made worldwide, and movie prop replicas like Glinda the Good's wand or my set of Horcruxes from Harry Potter.

With the recent transition, I’ve been really focused on clearing the hurdles that are slowing us down. To me, success is when a prospective resident tells me they applied because they felt the energy of peace and belonging the moment they arrived on property. That has happened many times! I see my role as a blend of proactive stewardship and community building.
