Tuesday Attire:
Business Casual

Tuesday Attire: Business Casual
Think polished, comfortable, and effortlessly cool, just like San Francisco.

Business casual for Tuesday means dark jeans are welcome (as long as they’re clean and tailored), paired with a blazer or structured jacket, a professional top, and stylish. Dresses, skirts, chinos, and button-downs are all great options too.

The goal: Arrival and conference-ready with a hint of West Coast vibe—put together enough for meetings, comfortable enough for strolling the city (or at least feeling like you could grab a coffee in SoMa and fit right in).

Monday: Conference + Boating Night Event

Evening – Boating Outfit (Cooler Weather)

Theme:
Nautical, cozy chic.
Outfit Ideas:

Feminine-leaning:
Knit sweater over a collared shirt, jeans/tailored pants, ankle boots or clean sneakers, trench or light puffer.

Masculine-leaning:
Crewneck or quarter-zip sweater, chinos/jeans, boots or clean sneakers, layered jacket.

Accessories/Footwear:
Statement earrings, clutch, polished dress shoes or heeled sandals/pumps. Flip flops and casual sandals are not permitted.

Mood:
Comfortable yet put-together for photos/socializing.

Wednesday Attire: Coordinating Navy Professional Attire

We’re elevating the look to conference professional with a polished, modern feel inspired by San Francisco’s effortlessly cool business scene.

Community Managers should wear your elevated navy ICO uniforms. All other attendees should plan for professional navy attire—tailored blazers, dresses, trousers, blouses, and dress shoes that feel sharp, confident, and meeting-ready.

Think: refined, put-together, and confident enough for a boardroom in the Financial District, with just a hint of that San Francisco sophistication.

Tuesday: Business Casual/Professional

Theme:
Elevated casual with pops of Asset-inspired color
Core Neutrals
These form the base of most outfits and keep the look polished:
Cream/Off-White, Light Gray, Charcoal, Navy/Deep Blue
    Asset-Inspired Accent Pops
One pop item (shirt, blouse, blazer, accessory) in these tones ties everyone together:

      Thursday Night:
      Cocktail Attire

It’s cocktail hour, and the vibe is bold, confident, and ready to shine. Think elevated evening looks that are as strong as your performance—polished, stylish, and effortlessly cool, like a rooftop gathering overlooking the Bay or a night out in the heart of the city.

Cocktail dresses, sleek jumpsuits, sharp blazers, and statement accessories are all perfect here. The energy: show-stopping, celebratory, and very San Francisco—where innovation meets style and confidence is always in season.
