I climbed Chimney Tops in Tennessee before the wildfire; those peaks are over 4,800 feet. It was a brutal hike, but 100% worth it.

My dad didn't have sons, so I know how to paint, install flooring except carpet, basic plumbing like change a toilet, change a tire and brakes and I'm not scared of bugs or small critters.

What’s a fun fact about you that others might not know?
For me, a vacation is all about relaxing—but it’s never complete without a dash of adventure. On my last trip to the mountains, we went white-water rafting. I even snapped a photo (attached) of my family and me riding ATVs through the Nevada desert. On that adventure, I proudly claimed second-worst rider in the sandy dunes, only outdone by my future brother-in-law. Trust me, riding in the desert is harder than it looks!

My primary focus is to consistently meet the annual goals I set for myself while continuing to contribute positively to the customer experience. In my role as a Resident Account Administrator, I ensure tenants receive all required notices accurately and in a timely manner. I am committed to reducing delinquency by maximizing collections and increasing bad debt recovery. While this can be a challenging and sometimes unpredictable process, it is both achievable and motivating, and I take pride in driving these results.

Before building my career and becoming a wife and mother, my dream was to play in the WNBA. Basketball was a true passion of mine and remains something I carry with me today.
