Dress to Impress: Find Your Look

Sunday: Welcome Ceremony / Red Carpet Look

Theme: Glamorous, celebratory, photo-ready.
Outfits Ideas:

Feminine-leaning:
Cocktail dress, sleek jumpsuit, or statement two-piece set with heels.

Masculine-leaning:
Suit or tailored separates in dark/neutral tones, optional tie or bold pocket square.

Accessories/Footwear:
Statement earrings, clutch, polished dress shoes or heeled sandals/pumps. Flip flops and casual sandals are not permitted.

Mood:
Polished and confident — this sets the tone for the event.

Wednesday Attire:
Business Casual

Whether you are attending the Corporate team meeting or traveling in - we’re kicking things off with business casual—polished, comfortable, and ready for a full day of travel or content. Dark jeans are welcome when paired with a blazer or structured jacket, along with a professional top and conference-ready shoes. Dresses, skirts, chinos, and button-downs are also great options.

The Vibe: effortless confidence and team spirit—professional, pulled together, and ready to start strong, like the calm focus before the first pitch at Truist Park.

Monday: Conference + Boating Night Event

Daytime – Business Professional (Headshots Day)

Theme:
Classic, sharp, neutral and flattering in photos.
Color Palette:
Navy, charcoal, muted pastels, creams.
Outfit Ideas:

Feminine-leaning:
Tailored blazer + skirt/trousers, sheath dress, monochrome set in neutral colors.

Masculine-leaning:
Suit or blazer + trousers in navy/charcoal, light dress shirt, optional tie in soft tones.

Accessories/Footwear:
Minimal jewelry, polished shoes, subtle watch/belt/accessories.

Tip:
Solids or subtle textures photograph best. Please avoid bold prints and colors.

Thursday Attire:
Conference Professional

Thursday is our first full conference day, so we’re stepping into a more polished, professional look. Team members should wear navy and or burgundy National Portfolio uniforms or coordinating professional pieces that feel cohesive, sharp, and leadership-ready.

The Vibe: composed and powerful—clean lines, coordinated colors, and a sense of unity that mirrors a home team lineup, ready to execute, communicate, and play a winning game all day long.

Monday: Conference + Boating Night Event

Evening – Boating Outfit (Cooler Weather)

Theme:
Nautical, cozy chic.
Outfit Ideas:

Feminine-leaning:
Knit sweater over a collared shirt, jeans/tailored pants, ankle boots or clean sneakers, trench or light puffer.

Masculine-leaning:
Crewneck or quarter-zip sweater, chinos/jeans, boots or clean sneakers, layered jacket.

Accessories/Footwear:
Statement earrings, clutch, polished dress shoes or heeled sandals/pumps. Flip flops and casual sandals are not permitted.

Mood:
Comfortable yet put-together for photos/socializing.

Thursday Night:
Cocktail Attire

It’s time to trade the conference for a homerun evening. Cocktail attire for our Dinner & Reception means elevated evening looks that are polished, stylish, and ready for a night of connection and celebration. Think cocktail dresses, sleek jumpsuits, sharp blazers, and statement accessories.

The Vibe: this is your moment to hit it out of the park—home-run energy, confident style, and just the right amount of wow, like a walk-off win under the lights at Truist Park.

Tuesday: Business Casual/Professional

Theme:
Elevated casual with pops of Asset-inspired color
Core Neutrals
These form the base of most outfits and keep the look polished:
Cream/Off-White, Light Gray, Charcoal, Navy/Deep Blue
    Asset-Inspired Accent Pops
One pop item (shirt, blouse, blazer, accessory) in these tones ties everyone together:

      Friday Sessions:
      Black Professional Attire

We’re closing out the conference with a strong, cohesive leadership look. Team members should wear black National Portfolio uniforms or coordinating professional pieces that feel polished, intentional, and confident.

This is our leadership day—where vision, alignment, and next steps take center field.

The Vibe: confident and steady, like the leaders in the dugout during the final innings—calling the plays, setting the tone, and guiding the team to a strong finish.
